QuoLux™ Positive Impact Report 2025

QuoLux team photo

This is our third impact report since becoming a B Corp and it builds on strong foundations that you can read more about in our previous years’ reports.

Good Growth – Good Growth – Good Growth
was the theme of 2025 and we’re delighted to report our positive impact over the last 12 months in the 3 areas that we set out to achieve growth in.

1. Good Growth in People and SDG 4 Quality Adult Education with over 500 leaders engaged across all our programmes and services.

Our LEAD™ – GOLD™ – GAIN™ and LEADlight programmes continue to be our main focus and remain most popular.

Since our last Positive Impact Report, we have graduated LEAD™ Cohorts 23 and 24, GOLD™ Cohort 12 and GAIN™ Cohort 7, while LEAD™ Cohorts 25 and 26 and GOLD™ Cohorts 13 and 14 have begun their leadership development journeys. GAIN™ Cohort 8 commenced their journey in early 2026.

We are also working with an increasing number of far-sighted organisations who wanted to embrace technology to develop their people. We have created bespoke in-house programmes mixing our extensive How-To range with in-person workshops.

We have supported a number of business leaders on their path towards attaining an MBA with the University of Gloucestershire. With work-based projects ranging from high performance leadership, decision-making and digital transformation through to workplace wellbeing, we look forward to seeing them graduate in 2026.

2. Good Growth in Community and SDG 17 Partnerships with the launch of our Scholarship for developing leaders in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors (VCSE). Four leaders from two charities, a social enterprise and a foundation joined our programmes. Here are what two delegates said:

“I and my organisation are enormously grateful to QuoLux™ for the lessons and tools I learned on the LEAD™ programme. I would encourage leaders at all stages of their career to take up the course.”

Geoffrey Newsome, CEO, ITSA Digital Trust

“I feel incredibly fortunate to have been offered a scholarship place on the LEAD™ programme. From the very first session, it has captured my interest and reshaped my understanding of what effective leadership truly is. Since beginning the course, I’ve found myself exploring new ideas while being stretched and challenged - always at my own pace and with consistent support. I’ve had the opportunity to meet leaders at various stages of their careers and from a wide range of backgrounds and industries. LEAD™ is exceptional and I am looking forward to continuing my learning and journey with the brilliant QuoLux™ team.”

Simon Weaver, Head of Charitable Delivery, Gloucester Rugby Foundation

Our Vision is Gloucestershire being a place where thousands of businesses and charities work together creating social value and business value that has transformed lives of communities, the environment and employees; where innovation of partnerships has led to the county being a beacon of good growth, in terms of people, place, planet, profit and performance.

We have invested further in Good Dividends and www.gooddividends.com where we ensure free access to our SDG Configurator for leaders of any size of organisations to consider relevant Sustainable Development Goals and targets. Our Good Dividends DigiTools are at the core of 3 anchor procurement groups in the UK. We will make a major announcement in early 2026 bringing this successful initiative into Gloucestershire. This is a crucial next step towards realising our Vision for the county.

We were pleased to become both a founding partner of the ITSA Digital Trust Social Value Business Club and address an audience of 60 leaders discussing how social value and business value can be enhanced through purpose-led leadership.

3. Good Growth in Better Work, regenerative businesses and SDG 8 Economic Growth with the launch of our two books on Developing Financial Leadership in Small-Medium Businesses and Realising Good Growth in 2 separate events to over 250 business leaders. We were deeply proud that the books were nominated as Financial Times & Schroders Business Books of the Year.

Regenerative business quote

QuoLux™ is pleased to play an active role in a community of businesses that are leading a movement for an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy.

We believe becoming a regenerative business is a good thing to do.

Throughout 2025, we shared our impact results through the real-life stories from our clients, colleagues and stakeholders. In our 2 books and case study we focused on 32 different companies. We worked with The Raikes Journal and we featured the progress of four local SMBs.

What 2026 holds for us, our clients and our communities

We see the year as another year of good growth

Our current programmes plus the ever expanding How-To and DigiTools ranges, together with innovations like The Learning Company and our newly extended GAIN™ programme, continue to offer what our clients ask for which helps them to develop themselves, their teams and their organisations.

We ourselves begin our preparation to reaccredit with B Corp and we are committed to continuing to play our part in supporting B Local Gloucestershire and Bristol.

We plan to have 2 more book launches as well, rolling out Realising Good Growth book to the B Corp community and key influencers, and also launch the forthcoming paperback version of Developing Financial Leadership in Small-Medium Businesses.

Look out for more news on Good Growth.

And finally, and as always, we promise more of the same with our 1 - 2 - 3 approach:

1. Our unswerving support to help you to become the best you can be
2. To #InspireBelief in all that we do
3. To continue to innovate to make businesses, communities and the world a better place.

Thank you for reading our Positive Impact Report and we look forward to working with you in 2026.
